On April 14th 2014, Austin was diagnosed with Stage 3 T-Lymphoblastic Lymphoma at age 14. He went through many rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, and a Bone Marrow Transplant. These unfortunately didn’t stop the cancer from spreading to his spinal fluid, lymph nodes and bone marrow. Flash became a local hero and inspired all who met him with a contagious smile and the number 22. Austin WON EVERY DAY and on April 28th, 2015 (4+2+8+2+0+1+5=22) Austin “Flash” passed away peacefully. Support and dance for Austin and his family and continue to win the day in his memory.
